- Assistant Manager – HR Serve as a liaison between Human Resources and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of inquiries.
- A master's degree or a postgraduate diploma in management (MBA/PGDBM)
- Assistant Manager – Marketing Provide support to marketing managers and executives in developing sales strategies and maximizing profits.
- Assistant Manager – Finance In the interest of the organization, assist the finance manager with tasks such as billing invoices, attending to technical finance requests, making budgets, etc.
- A minimum of 50% in the HSC (10+2) in any discipline from a recognized board.
Or - The HSC (10+2) in any discipline from a recognized Board with at least 45% and two years of work experience is required.
Or - 55% in SSC (10) + 3 years diploma recognized by AICTE
